A Memorial Plaque on the wall of Judea Reform’s sanctuary is a special way to honor your loved one's memory. The plaque will be affixed in perpetuity and is a permanent marker. Judea Reform will ensure that your loved one's memorial plaque is illuminated on your loved one’s yartzheit.
The plaque format includes your loved one's name (in English) on the first line and both the English and Hebrew dates of death on the second line. Here is a sample:

Memorial plaques are bronze.

Each plaque takes approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive at Judea Reform from the time of the order.

The cost of a plaque is $540 (30% of this cost is tax-deductible: $162.00).

Memorial Plaques are available for purchase by members of Judea Reform Congregation.

Memorial Plaque donors will be listed in The Tzedakah Times, our congregation's triannual online philanthropic report, so we can remember with you.
